Dreamy vintage 1970s dress, taking cues from further in the past. Wonderfully feminine silhouette features tied short puff sleeves (🔥), ruching at the collar, covered buttons down the bodice and a swingy flared a-line skirt. Hidden zipper down the front, and thin belt loops, but no belt.
