Dream skirt alert. Vintage dark olive blanket skirt with tonal moss green stripes along the hem plus fringe all the way around at the ankle. Slim wrap style silhouette is fixed but the buttons can move up or down a couple inches if desired. By Saville for Nordstrom, 1990s.
