Cobalt Leather Inlay Belt 30"

Kinda new wave vintage asymmetrical leather two twon buckle with a cobalt body and cutout white leather reverse appliqués on both sides. Silver sliding circle lock buckle in front. Buckle is marked West Germany, circa 1970s/80s.
