Cobalt Capelet Dress M

Knockout cobalt dress with two rows of contrasting pearly iridescent buttons and floaty fluttering capelet. This piece is the perfect blend of unique design details and flattering easy fit. Linen-esque textured fabric has a nice weight and transitions nicely inbetween seasons. From label Virgo II, with Union label, circa 1980s.
