Cloud White Petticoat Skirt XS/S

Extra fluffy and floaty vintage white skirt sporting a wide eyelet border around the hemline and a nipped in waistband over tight full gathering. This is originally an "underskirt" with a slit as the closure, but obv can be worn as it's own thing, just pin the slit! No labels, well made, appears circa 1970s/80s.

• Size XS/S, 25.5"/26" waist (see measurements)
• Feels like a cotton blend, lightweight and crisp with eyelet trim
• Unlined, mostly opaque
• Side button/snap closure above slit (originally meant to wear under a skirt)
• Excellent condition, extremely light signs of wear but no notable flaws
