Cloud Nine Duster Dress XS-M
Ultra easy and breezy tiered dress with snappy high ruffled collar. Stark white and extra voluminous through the flared hem, plus inseam pockets at the hips and cropped sleeves. Makes an excellent duster piece, as well as a dress - worn loose or belted. No maker label, made in USA, circa 1980s.

• Great condition, the cuff elastic is stretched (shown cuffed) and there is extremely faint discoloration along one side, priced accordingly
