Classic Kiltie Skirt S/M

Timeless scottish plaid kiltie style skirt with fringed panel on the front, signature XL safety pin and two black leather buckles on the sides, each with 3 holes for adjustment. Knee length hem has crisp box pleats all around the back. No maker label, just a content tag. Circa 1970s.
