1960s Catherine Ogust for Penthouse Gallery (iconic) graphic color block cotton shift shirt dress in red, white and blue, with subtle pops of yellow and green. Looks great work loose and layered or cinched with statement waist belt.

Straight & somewhat loose fit with defined shoulders. Has been altered and taken in some at the sideseams. Hip measurement should be loose.
