Capelet Maxi Wrap Dress XS/S
Elegant and simple vintage 1970s black maxi wrap dress with crinkle edged capelet on bodice, fitted cinched in waist and overlapping open slit skirt. Easily adjustable but with a fixed hook & eye at the waist. If you want it to fit smaller or bigger than 26" (25"-27" only), let us know at checkout and we will move the closure.
