Burnout Velvet Kimono Jacket

Epic vintage 90s velvet burnout kimono style jacket has a romantic ivy pattern with floral lace applique fringe trim along the flared hem and 6 fabric covered buttons in front. Looks dreamy worn open and flowing. The lace on the bottom has a nice weight to it that gives the silk velvet a nice swing.
