Blooming Full Sweep Dress S-L

Magnificent flowing tank dress with an interesting tissue paper floral and circle graphic pattern culminating around the voluminous maxi hemline. The scooped neckline has a drawstring to adjust for multiple sizes, then the body just freely flares. Can be worn loose and flowing, or cinched with a belt.No labels, circa 1970s.
