Blair Paisley Skirt S

Warm fall-y feeling vintage 90s wine paisley wrap skirt with fringe along the overlapped panel and chic tea length hem. The wrap closure is fixed with horn style buttons but those can move a little bit to accommodate a range of waist sizes. By Liz Claiborne Collection, made in Korea.
