Understated and cool vintage 1980s hybrid blazer meets cape dress in a crisp rayon blend. Great silhouette has a strong padded shoulder with notched lapel and cropped looser panel (kind of like a layered jacket) over a slim fitting double breasted suit dress body. From label Michael Blair, made in USA.

• Great condition, fabric is a little puckered in the skirt part and hem. Otherwise, flawless!
