Black Velvet Wide Brim Hat

Witchy meets prairie wide brim "high" hat with thick grosgrain band around the crown and tight topstitching all around the tapered brim. The hat fits smaller size head and has a higher silhouette, that raises above the top of the head. Union label, circa 1970s.

• 20" inner circumference, 5" height, brim is 2" to 4.5"
• Velvet, Grosgrain ribbon & lining
• Excellent condition, very light wear to the ribbon but no major flaws
