Dark whimsical watercolor floral patterned chiffon effortlessly draped with a soft cowl neckline, slit flutter sleeves, handkerchief hemline and bias cut seamwork. Topped off with subtle shimmery magenta and blue sequins around the bodice. By label Majick, made in India, circa 1990s.
