Betsey's always bringing it. This time with a gorgeous witchy velvet burnout slipdress with an iridescent magenta cherry blossom floral design. The top chiffon layer is trimmed with intricate lace and ribbon at the low v-neckline and around the accordion pleated hem. By Betsey Johnson, circa 1990s.
