Va va voom vintage flamenco inspired tiered flutter dress with a bodycon fitted torso and lively ruffles down the sides of the skirt. Rich abstract pattern in midnight cobalt and black, with shiny faceted bauble buttons down to the hip and strong shoulderpads (removable via velcro!) to accent the flowy sleeves.
