Jet black swishy rayon skirt with cutout Bali style embroidered lace along the hemline. There is so much great detail, while still an overall subtle design. Comfy cut with a stretchy waistband and flowy knee length hem. Can be dressed up or down. By label Parkay Designs New York, made in Indonesia, circa 1980s/90s.
