Antique Daisy Painted Shirtdress

When life gives you lemons (or in this case, amazing vintage with minor irreparable flaws..), you make art! For August 2021, we have a 3 piece hand-painted capsule collection with local artist Emma McClelland, each piece cooler than the last.

Upcyled antique lightweight cotton shirtdress/nightshirt with colorful cartoony daisies painted throughout in a random manner. The garment itself is very fine with lightly gathered sleeves, banded collar, milkglass buttons and hand-stitched buttonholes. No labels, appears circa 1910s/20s, possibly earlier, modern reworking with hand painted design.

• Feels like cotton or linen blend, very fine and soft weave
