Colorful and robust printed dress with a form fitting cut and swag draped panel that ties on the side. Light enough to be in the summer rotation, but also versatile enough to be worn with a jacket and chunky loafers in the spring/fall seasons. By label Marnie West, made in Bangladesh, circa 1990s.
