A twirly tiered chiffon party dress straight out of a fairytale! Very fitted at the bust to the empire waist with a v-neckline and beautiful velvet floral appliqué, the layered chiffon skirt has an ethereal petal-like handkerchief hem. Ultrabright apple green, it's absolutely dazzling and perfect for dancing the night away in heeled sandals or dainty ballet slippers. No labels, well made circa 1960s.
