70s Jeweled Space Dye Dress S/M

Vintage 70s cowl neck dress is a dream made in fuschia and eggplant ikat heaven. Draped bodice has bow tied straps and cutout sides, revealing a matching tank underneath. Flattering fit with an elasticized waist, accordion pleat skirt and pointed handkerchief hem. The skirt is semi sheer, but the top it not sheer.
