Vintage Frankie Welch camel tone woolly accessory can be worn as a scarf, cape or blanket wrap when you need a little extra cozy. Medium weight wool has a slightly felted texture, pointed handkerchief hem and rounded neckline. All made from one piece of fabric, no seams!
