Vintage 60s fit and flare dress is practically perfect in every way. Princess seam bodice has a sharp collared neckline, slightly puffed shoulders and curved bishop sleeves with wide buttoned cuffs. Nipped in waistband leads to a very full & very twirlable skirt! Long zipper down the back.
