1970s High Waist Levis Denim Bell Bottoms XS

Super soft light blue denim Levi's bells have a high waist fit with pin stripes along the front and pocketless rear. Double buttons at the waistband. They definitely fit high water style on the 5'8" model, but would work great on a more petite girl or converted to shorts.
