1940s Plaid Taffeta Headpiece

Absolutely fabulous magenta plaid taffeta headpiece with glimpses of gold, violet, pine green and jet black in the graphic pattern. The band is curved and pleated to form to head, with a massive folded avant garde bow off to the side. Frédérique label inside, appears circa 1940s.
 
• up to 22.5" around, fits medium sized head 
• Rayon taffeta, organza lining
• Excellent condition, light signs of age but no notable flaws
