1940s Baroque Day Dress S/M

This crisp cotton day dress has beautiful tailoring and a romantic baroque style print. The short sleeved shirt style bodice has a pointed collar and round lapel, wide cuffed sleeves, bust darts, and a nipped in waist with a matching belt to cinch. Gathered pleats at the waist create a full midi length skirt and the dark neutral color palette makes it wearable year round. Try it with simple sandals in summer and knee high boots in and a chunky sweater in colder months. No maker labels, well made circa 1940s/50s.
